Michael Gaddis, J.D. was born in Sioux City, Iowa, but grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended both the University of Missouri-Columbia and the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). In 1994, Michael Gaddis, J.D. graduated with a B.A. in History. He then attended the UMKC School of Law where he obtained a LAW DEGREE in 1997. On January 2, 1999, he moved to California. Today, he lives in Bonsall, CA with his wife, two children, and their little dog, Charlie. Michael enjoys traveling, watching classic movies, reading, deep-sea fishing, and writing.

Michael Gaddis, J.D. is licensed through the California Department of Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker and possesses an NMLS endorsement allowing him to originate residential loans. Although he remains licensed to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, and California, his primary focus is on helping retirees throughout the State of California weigh the benefits and considerations of Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (also known as reverse mortgages).
